Returns Policy


This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?

We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered, in its original condition, within 28 days of invoice.


Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. If your return item is deemed to be faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, we will arrange for the return costs to be covered without hesitation.

We recommend that return parcels are sent via a tracked service and have sufficient insurance should they be lost in transit.

The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our depot so please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.


What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the 28-day window, we will refund the item’s value straight back to the original payment method.


When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 5 working days from when we receive your item to process your return. You will receive email confirmation as soon as the return has completed processing. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to become visible on your statement, depending on your bank.


How much will the refund be?

The refund will cover each item amount excluding the shipping cost.


Original Condition

If you want to try your item on at home, that’s fine! But if it isn’t suitable, it must be returned to us in immaculate condition, with the original tags still attached and free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant etc.) Prints, drawings and paintings must be packaged suitably for transit, making sure that the artwork won’t get damanged in transit.

All returned items are inspected on return and may be returned to you should they not be returned in a suitable condition.

We take hygiene and safety seriously, therefore there are certain items which are not eligible for return including:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Swimwear
  • Face masks and coverings

None of this affects your statutory rights.


Faulty items

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with the following information before returning your item:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name (as seen on website)
  • A description and images of the fault

All faulty goods will be assessed by an expert; if found not to be faulty or to have been damaged from poor use, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

If however the customer causes damage to the product after purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or a return as the item is no longer in its original condition. We advise that all clothing is washed inside out with non-bio detergent and any graphics aren’t directly ironed over. These instructions are stated on the product page as well as the neck labels.


Returning an item from outside the UK?

Returns for exchange can only be sent to the UK and Ireland. If your address is located outside of this zone, you will be charged postage in accordance with our international delivery prices.


Buying a bundle of different items:

If you purchase a combination of different types of items, please expect to receive them seperately as some combinations can not be packaged together. For this reason you could receive the items at different times due to shipping handling. For example, if you order a print and a t-shirt, the print will be shipped in a postage tube and the t-shirt in a biodegradable delivery bag.
